Map the money before it starts moving

Money claims become clearer when each number is assigned a role. A headline percentage is not cash, a displayed balance is not necessarily withdrawable, and an “instant” method may describe only the first leg of a payment. The file therefore records must match terms as a claim to test, not a benefit to assume.

Write the path from bank or wallet to merchant and back again. Include the processing currency, merchant descriptor, fees, verification stage and every daily or monthly ceiling. If one step depends on support discretion, mark it before—not after—the transfer.

Preserve the version of terms that applied. Screenshots should include the URL and date, while transaction evidence should include identifiers rather than only a success animation. That record is more useful to a bank or complaint reviewer than a promotional summary.

Bottom line: The fastest deposit method is not necessarily the safest. Map who receives the money, what descriptor appears, whether the route is reversible, and whether the same method supports withdrawals.
